This is a newly created role that will report into the HRIS Lead. Working closely with the global stakeholders and other Centre of Excellences, you will:

Drive and implement regional HRIS projects and initiatives for APAC region
Support end-to-end project management including requirement gathering, UAT testing, data migration, modules improvement
Manage and monitor integration of HRIS systems related to recruitment, payroll, training and other employee matters
Conduct analysis and reporting of HR metrics and dashboards
Point of contact to external vendors and internal stakeholders for all HRIS related enquiries
Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement
Support other HR projects as assigned

skills and experience required

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent\
Minimum 5 years’ of HR experience, focusing on HRIS, experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be advantageous
Strong project management and communications skill
Independent and self-motivated
Collaborative and a team player
