This is a newly created role that will report into the HRIS Lead. Working closely with the global stakeholders and other Centre of Excellences, you will:
- Drive and implement regional HRIS projects and initiatives for APAC region
- Support end-to-end project management including requirement gathering, UAT testing, data migration, modules improvement
- Manage and monitor integration of HRIS systems related to recruitment, payroll, training and other employee matters
- Conduct analysis and reporting of HR metrics and dashboards
- Point of contact to external vendors and internal stakeholders for all HRIS related enquiries
- Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement
- Support other HR projects as assigned
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent\
- Minimum 5 years’ of HR experience, focusing on HRIS, experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be advantageous
- Strong project management and communications skill
- Independent and self-motivated
- Collaborative and a team player
