Provide software application and database support
Maintaining computer systems, networks and IT equipment, with the help of a vendor
Monitoring the quality of work performed by outsourced vendor to ensure that it meets company standards
Responding to IT security vulnerabilities and cyber incident
notifications
Responding to service issues and requests and resolving logged errors
in a timely manner
Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
Users account and access rights management
Administration and management of IT inventories
IT hardware planning and purchase
In-charge of IT audits, compliance and BCP

skills and experience required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in IT support including application support (in ms sql)
Good knowledge of system security and MS SQL database
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software and networks
