Your role involves:
Lead the IT department to ensure efficient operations and service delivery to business users.
Develop and oversee the implementation of IT strategies and plans, focusing on data/information security and driving organizational effectiveness and efficiency, while also exploring innovative IT solutions.
Manage end-to-end implementation of IT projects, providing comprehensive project documentation, adhering to timelines, and staying within budget.
Take charge of identifying and promoting internal projects, processes, and initiatives aimed at digitalization and improving process flow.
Formulate and execute the IT Security strategy, policies, programs, and procedures, ensuring their implementation and maintenance across headquarters and various operational locations.
Manage IT assets and inventories efficiently.
Maintain proper documentation of all IT infrastructure setups, software licenses, and any software modifications.
Design and conduct IT user training for systems under the purview of the IT Department.
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in IT Support. At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure / System / Network
Candidates with proven track record in managing a team will be of added advantage.
