In this role, you will be an individual contributor supporting the business in the following:

Responsible for coodinating planning, and leading computer related activities within the organisation.
Covers both hardware and software aspects of company personal IT environment.
Facilitate the access and permission management for different corporate tools as well as driving better adoption of good IT practices.
Procure, configure, provision & troubleshoot IT hardware/software
IT support for onboarding and offboarding of team members
Instruct IT best practices to Team
Drive better adoption of corporate tool
Establish IT guidelines and processes within company
Conduct regular audits of company IT infrastructure
Track and maintain hardware and software inventory

skills and experience required

At least bachelor in IT.
At least 3 year of experience.
Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.
Knowledge and certified in Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Atlassian Confluence and JIRA.
Experience in project management skills and strong ability to prioritise
Experience in IT infrastructure and operation best practices
ITIL certified
