• Managing and leading the IT team responsible to support both end-users and Hotel guests.
• Managing hotels' data center and taking ownership of their applications and systems.
• Ensuring the department's assignments, systems, and operations meet high-quality standards.
• Establishing clear goals, policies, and procedures for the IT department.
• Taking charge of the IT budget, vendor contracts, and overall management.
• Handling Helpdesk tickets and regularly conducting IT audits.
• Assessing and prioritizing the IT needs of the hotels.
• Providing supervision, training, and fostering professional development for staff members.
• Maintaining network stability, security, and effective data backup solutions.
• Keeping open lines of communication with management, user departments, and external vendors.
• Implementing new systems and technologies as necessary.

Skills and Experience required
As a successful candidate, you should have at least 6 years of experience in an Information Systems / IT Operations role within the Property/Hospitality/Hotel Industry.

You should have a strong hands on experience and understanding of networks. This includes but not limited to Cisco networks, GPON design, high speed internet administration, firewall rules and management.
