My client is a fast growing international luxury retail company. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for a new Senior IT Manager / Head of IT to manage their IT team.

About the job

Your role involves:

Managing the IT Infrastructure, CyberSecurity, Microsoft Dynamics and retail application team. This includes hiring, assigning of work, performance review and etc

Providing IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap. This includes driving IT digitalization initiatives, identifying suitable technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation.

Planning and managing IT budget (Capex and Opex)

Serving as the key business contact representing IT in designing IT strategy/digitalization to improve business outcomes

Identifying suitable technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation to improve business efficiency for both corporate users and operation staff

Leading IT project implementation, milestone planning, risk management and etc

Reviewing and maintaining IT/Information Security polices

Establishing service level management practices to ensure that the level of service from internal and external service providers are defined

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure (Servers and networks). At least 5 years of experience in retail application/POS is required for this role. You would have at least 5 years of experience managing a team.

Candidates with exposure to Cyber Security or e-commerce will be of added advantage and not a key requirement.
