Reporting to the Head of IT, your role involves:
- Leading a team of 5 pax in Singapore which includes 1 Manager and 4 helpdesk support.
- Strategizing and overseeing infrastructure operations, as well as managing systems and network operations.
- Overseeing the yearly IT budget within the IT Department, ensuring optimal allocation to support seamless business operations.
- Supervising and managing the escalation of critical application and infrastructure issues, while also monitoring the overall compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and resolving ongoing matters.
- Collaborating with technology project teams and vendors to ensure the seamless and secure operation of cloud and network services.
- Implementing effective project and change management practices to ensure that delivered solutions meet technical, functional and business requirements.
skills and experience required
As a successful candidate, you should have:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in comparable operations and systems administrative positions, managing outsourced vendors, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of team management of 3-8 pax.
