Our client is a global MNC. As part of their IT digital transformation journey, they are now looking for a Senior IT Project Manager / IT Business Partner to be a part of their team.

As a Senior IT Project Manager, Your job responsibilities involve:

Partnering with business stakeholders ( Finance, HR, Supply Chain Management, Sales & marketing, warehouse, production and etc) team to gather requirements and prioritize demands to drive IT digitalization initiatives, exploiting new and emerging technologies technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation to increase productivity. This is done with the aim to improve top line (revenue/sales) for the company
Shaping business demand by partnering with business to facilitate the creation of business cases and value plans and ensuring value optimization and communication across teams. This will contribute to the definition of the application roadmap for IT Sales & Marketing
Leading Digital project implementation which includes milestone planning, risk management and external vendor management
Maintaining prompt communication and timely reports to business stakeholders on project status while monitoring project progress on issues such as quality, costs, planning and resources.
Managing a lean project management team, this includes assigning work, hiring, reviewing of work and performance appraisal
Ensuring the IT digitalization growth plan is supported by latest technologies and adequate resources. This includes manage manpower and budgetary efforts to ensure that appropriate resources are assigned to key project initiatives.
Following up after post project implementation, evaluating the impact of the IT digital initiatives to track business benefits

Skills and experience required
As a successful candidate, you should have at least 8 years of experience in a senior business stakeholder management / Senior IT Project Manager Role within a manufacturing industry/setup.

You should also have a proven track record in championing or initiating IT projects that focus in business change/transformation.

Prior experience in leading a team of direct reports, direct team management experience is necessary for this role.
