As a premium Fortune 500 company, our client is looking for a competent Senior IT Support Analyst to join their team.


This is brand new role, first hire in the IT team in Singapore.

about the job

As Senior IT Support Analyst, you will operate as an individual contributor with excellent career progression. You will have the chance to move into a managerial role as the company continues to grow.

  • Troubleshooting and solve any IT related problem
  • Act as the first point of contact for all user support related queries and be responsible for resolving and escalating user request tickets
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of all incidents/service request
  • Setup, install and maintain the hardware and software of the company
  • Maintain and manage hardware, software and consumable inventory
  • Responsible for and provide technical support for daily system operations activities, application support and network maintenance
  • Participate in and implement infrastructure projects
  • Manage IT vendors

This is a permanent position with excellent bonuses and progression.



skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Degree in IT or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in end user IT support
  • Ideal candidate would come from a individual contributor/team lead/managerial background
  • Strong background in PC troubleshooting skills, resolving technical issues efficiently
  • Polished, well-spoken and one who “thinks outside the box”
  • One who is pro-active, confident and able to start things from scratch
