about the job

As a Senior IT Support Analyst, you will provide IT support to end users in Singapore and regional offices.

You will be required to:

  • Responsible for L2 technology support including troubleshooting of Microsoft applications, Win 10, and client platform relation problems, including PC, Printers and Peripherals
  • Review/Audit Processes to ensure compliance to standard processes
  • Responsible for own IT tickets but also work together as a team to ensure IT tickets are closed on time in accordance with our SLAs and KPIs.
  • Participate/Lead in projects to improve processes and service delivery quality
  • Vendor Management
  • Oversees IT-related asset purchases and related services at the regional level
  • Ready to mentor, coach and lead the junior ITSM team to have the right mindset, increase the knowledge and work performance

skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Diploma or degree in IT or related discipline
  • Min 5 years of experience in Regional end user support role
  • Strong Initiatives to Drive Continuous Improvements
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in systems, infrastructure, security, mobile device, hands-on on troubleshooting complex technical issues and configuring network equipment
  • Ability to write simple scripts for automation (eg PowerShell, DOS script and etc...)
  • Proficient with AD Administration, Microsoft Win10, Microsoft Office 365, Cisco/VOIP, IOS or Android phone and Helpdesk ticketing system
  • Experience in US or European MNC environment is a plus
  • Hands-on on troubleshooting complex technical issues, installing and configuring network equipment, like:
    Cisco Router and Switches
    Cisco Voice
    Windows Server
    Linux and Netapp Storage is an advantage
  • ITIL certification
