about the job

In this role, you will be responsible of:

  • Helpdesk Support which included:
    • Maintaining, installing and supporting of computer equipments such as laptop, printers in good condition.
    • Install and configure software including of Apple and Microsoft application, Adobe products.
    • Providing level 1 and 2 support.
  • Mobile Device Management
    • Configures, test, and provides service support of mobile device solution including laptops and tablets.
    • Ensure all mobile devices and activation are in compliance with the school policies in Jamf Pro environment.
    • Plan and deploy for mobile devices
  • Management of ICT Equipment and Consumables
    • Stong in Mac and Windows OS background.
    • Check and fix Apple products and support regular backup and updates and install new software.
    • Fault handling.
    • Check and updae inventory
    • Check and fix the IWBs (interactive white board), productors and audio systems.
    • Check and fix Wi-Fi signals and AP issues.

skills and experience required

  • At least diploma in IT or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • Able to provide support to all level of staff across the school community
  • Experience in Apple and Microsoft products.
  • Come from Mac and Windows OS background
