As the Senior Legal Counsel, you are expected to assist on contract drafting and reviewing for the engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning. You are required to deal with counterparties across multiple jurisdictions. General dispute resolution background would be essential in order to advise on litigation matters when contracts are breached, the payments, and other issues around the project. Providing legal advice on the procurements of resources and materials, health and safety, insurance, liability and other matters relating to the project.

skills and experience required
You are called to the Singapore Bar or any common law jurisdiction with at least 8 years of post qualified experience handling disputes related to engineering, procurement and construction matters, insolvency and debt collection, employment, and data privacy. Candidates direct from private practice or experience in handling legal disputes in similar industry are both welcomed. You are also passionate to mentor other team members.
