Reporting to the General Counsel, you are required to support the legal department in providing legal and commercial advice to the business, handling claims and disputes and assisting in preparation of contractul notices and claim documentation. Handling tenders and contract reviews and identifying key risks, and risk mitigation. Contracts negotiation and settlement of disputes.
