About Our Client
Our client is an established family office with a successful track record. They are entering the Singapore market and looking for a lawyer to support a wide range of legal requirements with a focus on funds, investments and asset management.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive legal matters relating to the set up and operations of their investment structures with a focus on VCC structures for a wide range of asset classes. You will play a key advisory role to the founders and management team on the relevant laws and regulatory requirements in Singapore and be the key point of contact for any communication with regulators, service providers and other partners.

Requirements
You are degree qualified with at least 8 years of experience gained in family offices, venture capital, asset management, investment banking or private banking. Armed with strong knowledge of investment structures, you are hands on and possess an entrepreneurial mindset. As there will be a high amount of autonomous working in the role, you must be a self starter, proactive, driven and results focused.
