• Manage and oversee legal, compliance, and governance risks
• Provide legal and regulatory advice for commercial transactions, corporate governance, employment matters, dispute resolution, and statutory compliance
• Review and develop standard contractual documentation and provide guidance to colleagues
• Provide crisis management support as required
• Manage and implement legal and compliance policies to strengthen governance and risk management
• Streamline and automate legal documentation and develop a central repository of agreements
• Serve as Data Protection Officer, oversee the data protection framework and program, and ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws and regulations
• Draft, review and advise on any resolution to be passed by the leadership team and ensure all regulatory filing deadlines are met

skills and experience required
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a Law degree with at least 5 years+ PQE with a mix of private practice and in house experience with knowledge of negotiating technology contracts. You will have deep knowledge excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently, prioritise, project manage, and work well under pressure.
