key responsibilities
Draft and review contracts for new term/spot deals
Ensure nominations are sent timely and cargo operations are carried out smoothly
Maintain credit security by registering and clearing counterparties with Group Treasury
Assist in the compliance and HSSE requirements including ship vetting, sanction checks, and KYC
Prepare cargo invoices and payment settlement documents on time
Handle post-cargo operations such as demurrage claimsexperience
