Our client, is a leading insurer across APAC. Their regional headquarters are based here in Singapore. They are a technology driven forward looking insurance company. Due to the growth of the organisation they are now looking for a newly created Senior Manager, Customer experience who will be sitting in their APAC group level.


about the job
As the Senior Manager of Customer Experience you will own the end to end vision and user experience work flow. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the customer experience team in delivering end to end customer experience enhancement programs
  • You will leverage a range of skills from customer experience journey mapping to use of customer data to design or create a set of action plans leading to a positive client outcome.
  • You will promote relationships at the highest level with other organisations and networks within and beyond the sector.
  • Set the strategy for delivering the right customer experience across all customer touch points
  • Define customer journey encompassing the customer life cycle from product discovery to loyalty



skills and experience required

  • You are experienced leader customer care with several years' experience in a leadership capacity.
  • 10+years marketing experience/customer experience
  • Knowledgeable of CX and CRM strategies
