My client is a leading Real Estate company offering urban development solutions. The company also focuses on government and partner relations, public policy and regulation implementation as well as development blueprint provision and management for city planning and business space.

about the job

You will strategize, plan and manage the industry development and investment promotion plan and programs in coordination with stakeholders and customers as well as serve as the authority on the development of the IT / infocomm industries. You will also monitor and assess the performance of the IT/ infocomm industries, identify market trends and sectorial developments which may lead to opportunities or threats to the Group’s ability to serve this segment of customers. In addition you will plan and execute program to engage key customers and work with other customer solutions teams in the countries to develop and build strong customer relationships, and work with country/city project owners to adapt existing and developing new corporate real estate solutions to meet the evolving needs of the customers. You'll be a key plater to contribute and support the building of innovation platform to enhance and strengthen the innovation ecosystem by integrating the resources of the stakeholders.

skills and experience required

  • Degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Marketing/Real Estates or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in developing business in the IT, Telcom/Infocom or electronic industry.
  • Regional experience in business development, project management, marketing or customer service.
