We are looking to hire an all-rounded digital marketer into the team. You will be leading a team of marketers on digital marketing strategies and efforts such as A/B testing, SEO, PPC and Digital Analytics. You will also be responsible for events and campaign optimisation. As a senior member of the marketing team, you will also be working very closely with stakeholders in other departments as well as the senior leadership team. As the company is going through rebranding and transformation, you will be responsible for establishing their new brand synergy and promoting the organisation in the right way.

about the manager/team
Reporting in to the Marketing Director, you will be leading a team of 2-3 professional marketers. You will also be working with cross-functional teams, as well as members of the extended marketing team (product marketing, customer engagement etc).

skills and experience required
You should have prior experience taking a company through its transformation period or phase, having done rebranding or similar exercises. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills - comfortable with presentations and working with inter-departments and external vendors. You should be strong in digital marketing, growth marketing, marketing operations and digital analytics, being comfortable with data and analysis. You should come with prior people management experience.
