about the job
We are currently looking to hire a Senior Manager, Group Communications to join the dynamic marketing team! You will be primarily responsible for improving the company’s reputation by developing and implementing integrated communication strategies. You’d also craft communication materials like new releases, speeches and other materials.
Responsibilities:
- Track the effectiveness of media communications activities as well as coverage of the firm and significant industry changes across print, internet, broadcast, and social media platforms.
- Take the lead in organizing crisis communications training and collaborating with key corporate divisions to update Group Communications' crisis communications plan.
- Oversee media interviews.
- To regulate communication during emergencies and challenges.

- Track the effectiveness of media communications initiatives as well as coverage of the company and significant industry changes across print, online, broadcast, and social media platforms.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
skills and experience required
- You should ideally have 10 years of corporate communications experience with Private or Listed Funds
- Experience in creating appealing thought leadership content and obtaining media attention.
- A self-starter and independent manager who can plan, organize, and carry out tasks
- Deliver outcomes under pressure and is meticulous, inventive, and results-driven.
- Comfortable using social media tools and creating content for multimedia platforms like podcasts and videos.
- Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment
