about the job

Reporting to the HR director, they are seeking for a Senior L&D Manager (Regional) to join the team. You will be involved in the full spectrum of L&D activities (from designing, developing, implanting) and will be responsible for both strategic and operational learning initiatives and programmes. You will also be heavily involved to participate in the talent development cycle, establishing complex matrix and taking part in key projects across the region.

skills and experience required

You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, specifically within Learning & Development. You should possess prior experience in managing a small team and managing a regional portfolio. You should also be an excellent communicator and possesses good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at all levels.
