As the Learning & Development Manager, you would perform strategic L&D consulting to the respective Clusters/Divisions, and be responsible for leading and implementing learning and development initiatives for the organization
- Developing a learning plan and forecast of the annual training budget in line with the institution's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with business leaders and internal stakeholders to identify specific L&D needs
- Manage the overall training and development curriculum, and training resources
- Assists in implementing L&D initiatives locally and globally
- Conduct and design global training workshops, courses, and career plans
- Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
- Lead the design of talent development initiatives across global offices and curate a culture that empowers the talent capabilities of the organization
- Assists to develop, design and review competency development frameworks to ensure relevance to institutional and functional needs.
- Reviewing and updating Learning & Development policies.
- Market research, training vendor's evaluation, customization, designing and development of training interventions to address specific L&D needs.
- Plan and implement end-to-end design, development and change management efforts to drive adoption for Modular e-content deployment to all staffs
- Conceptualize and implement the collection and analysis of evaluation data
- Design, implement and monitor the adoption of small-scale learning design projects, to deliver contingent learning experiences to staff
- Assists to support the design, development, implementation, change management of the new Learning Management System
- Other duties assigned
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Assistant Director in Learning and Development, you will support the L&D team in designing and delivering a full spectrum of learning and development initiatives as part of organizational capability development.
skills/experiences required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline, with at least 7 years of relevant L&D experience, along with experience in conceptualising and implementing leadership and talent development framework. Applicants who have a full ACTA qualification and / or have education industry experience would be an added advantage.
