You will be responsible to:

Partner with business leaders across the APAC region by developing and delivery of people strategies
Entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, grievance handling, exit management.
Ensure alignment and roll-out of headquarter policies and initiatives across the region
Conduct HR audits on existing policies, processes and systems for effective management and delivery of HR services across the region
support the ongoing change agenda and drive related talent management solutions, including but not limited to high potentials, leadership development programmes and succession planning
Support due diligence and integration activities for overseas M&A projects

skills and experience required

Degree in human resources management or related disciplines.
Min 10 years+ work experience in Human Resource, business partnering in a regional capacity
Great interpersonal skill, strong analytical, problem solving skills and able to work independently
High IT literacy & able to perform data analytics
