You will play a key role in developing and managing programmes, mainly focused on sustainability / ESG and topics related to the financial services industry. You will be working closely with the faculty, industry experts and stakeholders to develop content and curriculum for new programmes, including course structure, teaching materials, learning content and assessments, while keeping relevant skills framework in mind to meet certain accreditation. You will need to understand the learning needs of your clients to cater and tailor solutions for them, and also plan and deliver outreach initiatives, such as webinars, conferences and campaigns, to continuously engage the community. Working in collaboration with leading universities and global thought leaders to gather insights regarding research projects and develop case studies alongside faculty and researchers, will also fall under your care.

You will report to the Head of Department and will have 2 Program Managers reporting to you.

skills and experience required

The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in account management and managing programmes. You should be meticulous, organised and have strong interpersonal and coordination skills to ensure efficient communication and quality standards of service to the faculty and clients. Exhibiting a positive attitude and energy, along with the ability to work effectively and independently, will contribute to your success in this role.
