about the company

A global leader in blood management systems, is looking for an experienced commercial candidate with experience in both sales and regional product management to assume the role of Senior Manager, Sales Excellence for the APAC market.

about the job

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring overall strategies that optimize sales effectiveness and efficiencies across different customer segments

You will be responsible for aligning sales effectiveness to capture existing as well as future growth opportunities. You will be responsible for driving sales excellence through the use of sales tools, processes and programs. You are expected to lead the collaboration opportunities with marketing, sales and other cross functional leaders in the region.

You will establish a world class training team and curriculum to build the evolving selling skills required to serve the changing needs of the customers. You will partners with the APAC sales Leaders, HR, Finance and Commercial Operations to set quotas, design sales incentive compensation structure and awards programs that reinforce sales organization growth strategy.

about the manager/team

With the support of a Business Analyst, you will be expected to define and realise the significance of sales excellence for APAC. You will report to the Vice President, Commercial for APAC while working closely with APAC Country Leaders and regional functional leaders.

skills & experience required

Armed with at least a bachelor’s degree, you will come with at least 7 years of experience with at least 3 years of sales management experience or regional product management experience to succeed in this role.

You should have experience in implementing successful sales process / methodology / training / strategic playbook initiatives within the healthcare industry in APAC.

You must have a proven track record in developing structured plans and metrics for sales tools that can be measurable, executable and scalable.

You must be self motivated and resourceful to independently drive projects to completion. Proven ability to lead a high-performing team and to influence/coach others
