about the company

The company is a Chinese bank that is enjoying good growth revenue which results in expansion globally as well as the Singapore office.

about the job

You will need to oversee business travel request, flight and hotel bookings. You will assist the manager for the prompt issuance and transmission of administrative notices and polices, and improvement of administrative work systems and procedures. You will be responsible for requisition and stock control of office supplies, consumables, forms and name cards. In addtion, you will oversee the Reception and Meeting room areas with the support of the Receptionist as well as to ensure the safety, tidiness and convenience of working environment is in compliance with regulatory and company standards. You will also make office purchases for the Singapore Branch and ensure smooth delivery and installation from vendors.

about the manager / team

You will report to the Office Manager and be part of a conducive office support team. You may be required to cover the Receptionist on her daily 1-hour lunch break.

skills & experience required

The ideal candidate will need to come with least 3 years of office administrative experience, ideally gained within a bank or MNC environment. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel), with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. You must also possess good communication and interpersonal skills, initiative and drive and the ability to work independently.
