Handle purchases and sales contracts in containerized shipments, bulk, break-bulk
Managing customer relationships (suppliers, buyers and third-party service providers)
Preparation/verification/issuance of shipping documents
Accounts payables and receivables (L/Cs, bank guarantees, CADs, deposits) and customers’ performance
L/Cs negotiation, cargoes insurance policies
Handle claims and complaintsexperience
