Monitor project reporting and support Product OwnersWork closely with senior management, project managers, product owners, IT and other stakeholdersEnsures the implementation of project governance and best practicesGovernance on the overall project management framework, including post project sponsor/stakeholder feedbackManaging portfolio budget overview and actuals spentOrganising key stakeholder meetings and discussionsLead the hiring and invoicing process and provide PMO support to the entire team
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 to 8 years of experience in project management office
- Experience in PMO function
- Thorough understanding of private banking clients needs and client lifecycle
- High proficiency with MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
