They’re now looking for a reliable Senior Production Supervisor (Semiconductor) to join the company during this exciting time.
about the job
- Responsible for leading and supervising operations in the equipment production floor to meet product quality and delivery schedule
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Complete equipment production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving issues
- Report results of the processing flow on shift production summaries
- Manage daily output targets, operational efficiency, and productivity for the shift
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all equipment, and resources
- Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, policies, and procedures
- Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities
- Resolve personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action
job requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience as Production Supervisor or similar role in the semiconductor industry
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
