- Effectively oversee a portfolio of concurrent projects, each with well-defined scopes and objectives.
- Provide guidance, leadership, and motivation to project managers within the project teams.
- Manage any alterations to project scopes, schedules, and budgetary considerations.
- Gauge project performance and regularly update management on project progress.
- Take full accountability for overseeing all activities, from initial requirements gathering to project delivery.
- Play a role in shaping project policies, templates, and practices to elevate project management standards, and initiate improvements in project processes.
skills and experience required
8 years of experience in managing multiple projects. Knowledge of the Project Management Tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, MS Project, Power BI etc is desirable.
PMP or Prince 2 certification is a MUST.
