They’re on a look out for a reliable Senior QMS Engineer to join the team during an exciting time in their development.
about the job
- Develop, implement and maintain ISO/Quality and Environmental Management System.
- Provide consulting service to the organization in relation to ISO standards.
- Lead during ISO certification Quality Audit and be the QMS lead during Customer process audit
- Lead the Quality Management Review meeting
- Organize Internal Quality Audit programs and conduct ISO training plant wide
- Implement CI activities on Systems & Procedure alignment in WMA
- Manage and maintain the Quality Module of SAP
- Facilitate Customer QMS Query & Self Audit Checklist
- Participate in establishing standards and procedures that satisfy the constraints of the organization policies and customer requirements.
- Assist in Contract Review of specification and translating to quality function requirements.
- Review Supplier ICP Test Report, MSDS, RoHS, REACH Warranty Letter and other banned substances related communication and technical information.
- Attend to Customer Technical Query (RoHS, REACH, Technical Data, MSDS) resolution
- Implement CI activities & council meeting on Banned substances organizer (Cross-entity)
job requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Material Science/Mechanical Engineering/Precision Engineering/Chemical Processing/Quality Management
- Minimum 4 years of related experience (Mechanical/Geometrical/Chemical testing and/or Quality Assurance environment in metal fabrication, precision engineering, etching or tool & die industry will be an added advantage)
- Expert with MS Office
- Must be familiar with ISO9001 and IS04001
- Must have experience as a lead auditor/in QMS audits and setting up ISO standards from scratch
- Willing to work in the West (transport allowances provided)
