    about the company

    Our client is a leading A1 main contractor with over 20 years of history in Singapore. Their projects are residential, mainly condominiums (mass market and luxury market), commercial, hospitality and MRT. Currently they are looking for Senior/ QS for their CRL MRT project.

    about the job

    • To manage project profitability, costing, material sourcing in contract administration.
    • To assist in project management, progress claim preparation and payment certifications, project final accounts report preparation.
    • To prepare tender quantity taking off, BQ costing & submission, progress payment claims, VO & finalization of accounts.
    • To attend tender interviews and prepare monthly progress claim submission to consultants.
    • To evaluate and certify subcontractors’ progress payment.
    • To perform cost analysis and dynamic monitoring on projects cost data.

    skills & experience required

    • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or equivalent
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for QS role and minimum 5-8 years of working experience for Senior QS role.
    • Well versed in interpretation of drawings.
    • Familiar with MS Office, AutoCad.
