As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for
- Responsible for the full-cycle of recruiting process, including sourcing of candidates, resume screening, conducting interviews, managing the interview debrief process, preparing offer letters and managing the entire recruitment process
- Establish, implement and manage various recruitment channels, strategies and processes to attract qualified candidates
- Work with talent management, training and operations teams to ensure successful integration of new staff, and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs
- Assist to track and analyse recruiting and hiring metrics
- Establish and build strong working relationships, engage and partner with stakeholders and recruitment agencies to ensure smooth implementation of programmes
- Liaise with senior stakeholders to provide advice and updates on recruitment needs as well as job descriptions based on relevant industry information
- Assist with campus recruitment, such as conducting events and career fairs with universities
- Develop recruiting collaterals and materials
about the manager/team
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be managing and driving the end-to-end recruitment process, executing the organisation's recruiting strategy, and responsible for experienced off-cycle hiring as well as administrative and technical hiring.
skills and experience required
The successful candidate should have at least 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm. You should possess exemplary interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with respective stakeholders, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
