As a Senior Sales Executive, you are required to
- Successfully achieve the annual territory sales plan through effective execution of strategic marketing and sales plans approved by the company.
- Develop and implement territory sales plans, ensuring adherence to company-approved strategies.
- Submit sales reports, forward planners, and other necessary reports punctually and to the required quality standards.
- Provide regular market intelligence and competitive information reports.
- Continually enhance personal selling skills and product knowledge.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts by making periodic visits, identifying specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
- Collaborate with distributors on consignment inventory management, forecast stock demand, and verify distributor orders.

You will be reporting to the Sales Manager and working closely with a team of sales executives.
skills and experience required
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have 5 years of sales experience in the medical devices industry.
