about the job
This role will be responsible for the full Profit & Loss management within Thailand's organizational makeup that includes local channel management and employees.

Additionally, you will also be responsible for a range of critical tasks that include:

  • Effectively manage all aspects of functions including the Sales, Marketing and Logistics function to successfully achieve top line and bottom line goals.
  • Implementing strategies in line with the long-term strategic goals as well as current market trends and opportunities to grow their market position in Thailand.
  • Accurately forecast revenue streams that are consistent with organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Build up and strengthen ties with network of opinion leaders by delivering customer and sales force training and education programmes.
  • Be heavily involved in recruitment of talented employees to build a strong and dynamic organization.

about the manager/team
Reporting to the General Manager of the region, you will manage the Thailand operations across all functions in moving towards achieving the organization’s goals and objectives.

skills & experience required
To be successful in this role, you have a strong proven experience in leading a direct sales force is a and possess a thorough understanding of developing and implementing sales/marketing strategies that focus on selling solutions. You are adept in managing the organizational setup, processes, management and employees of growing organization in a challenging market.
