I am representing an exciting and rapidly growing Network Solutions Company who has established itself globally with a portfolio of Fortune 500 companies. They are looking to expand their local presence and looking for a Dynamic Senior Sales Manager with a proven sales track record and strong local market knowledge & networks.
You should be comfortable being part of the pioneer sales team with a vision to establish the organization's branding and market share locally.
About the role
Reporting to the Business Director based in Singapore, your responsibilities would includes
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the local market which includes SMEs, Enterprise Clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing sales plans to capitalize on them.
- Identify opportunities for emerging technologies such as Unified Communications, Contact Center as a Solution, Network Security, Networking and more)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Managing the sales pipeline and forecasting revenue projections.
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
Skills and experience required
- Min 6 years of relevant sales experience in related field
- With strong technical knowledge and proven IT sales experience, networking, Contact Center, Cloud Space/ Solutions etc
- A good team player who is able to work independently and people of different backgrounds and levels
- Dynamic and agile which are key attributes in a startup environment
