    About the Job

    As a Senior software engineer, you will be working within a Scrum team to plan, develop, configure, deploy, and maintain the software. As a small and lean team, you can be expected to be involved in the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SLDC), take on different responsibilities, and engage in meaningful discussions with cross-regional teams to propose new processes or changes to the product features and architecture.

    Skills & Experiences required

    You will need min Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields

    • Hands on experience in Microservices design and principles is a MUST
    • Experience in CI/CD tools such as Docker is a MUST
    • Proficient in Typescript, C# / C++, Golang, Python, or other general-purpose programming languages
    • Design, develop, test, and maintain highly maintainable and performant software
    • Strong in problem-solving skills and complexity analysis
    • Work in cross-functional / regional teams with consultants and engineers
    • Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, or E2E testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, or Selenium is a plus
    • Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
    • Excellent interpersonal communications skills, able to articulate technical challenges and solutions
    • Ability to plan and schedule own tasks
    • Ability to learn new programming languages or technologies according to business needs
    • Ability to develop automation or general-purpose scripts
    • Passion for creating practical and impactful FinTech software
