about the job
As a Senior Support Analyst, you will be the initial point of contact for Fixed Income E-Trading /Risk Platform users which includes Front Office, Finance & Operations, Back Office, Treasury Credit, and Risk Management to support and deliver solution to the existing application and surrounding framework.

• Interact with Front office Traders/Business users to provide quality service/solutions to the Issues/Queries.
• Perform incident management role (communicator, tracker, escalator, driver, etc.) for outages; communicate to Business during service outages
• Works independently in a senior role on a diverse range of tasks and may be relied upon to coach/ educate others
• Oversee/Own detailed investigations of incidents to evaluate root causes and ensure implementation of targeted, value added and controlled remediation plans
• Perform Problem Management including prioritization and escalation liaising with business and technology partners as appropriate

skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 3 years of experience in providing Front Office Support. Experience in supporting or Fixed Income E-Trading Platform. Strong Fixed Income functional knowledge particularly treasuries and bond trading expertise. Experience supporting exchange connectivity (e.g., MarketView), ION MMI Management (Workspace customization, Routing Rules etc,)
