Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, your role involves:

• Provide support for Windows Servers in a VMware environment. This includes ensuring all servers is being properly backup according to the backup policy.
• Monitoring network bandwidth usage and perform checks on suspicious/malicious activity in company network and end-client computer promptly
• Implementing IT Security Standards related to infrastructure
• Managing external vendors, ensuring SLA is being adhered to
• Implement and maintain backups and business continuity strategies
• Backup to support the end-user when required
• Research and recommend initiatives and where possible, automate administrative tasks.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure (systems, network). Exposure to Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access and Office 365 Advance Threat Protection (ATP) would be highly preferred.

Candidates with cloud exposure will be of added advantage.
