about the job
Reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible to:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Work closely with the Head of HR and internal leaders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to support the company's growth
- Actively engage talents to build a strong talent pipeline network for the company, and enhance the sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing and developing strategic partnerships with external service providers
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders for talent needs and ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting life-cycle and providing market insights on the industry talent trends
- Improve the operational and delivery efficiency and effectiveness by tracking and managing quantitative and qualitative key performance indicators
- Manage job posting, applicant screening, interview scheduling, reference and background checking, maintaining vital employment information systems, and other ad-hoc recruitment related matters
skills and experience required
- Minimum 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong recruitment fundamentals
- Experience in recruiting within the cryptocurrency industry will be advantageous
- Proven ability in managing hiring across all levels and working with senior stakeholders
- Independent, with the ability to solve problems, prioritise work and manage time effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and and communication skills
