Our client is a product company with substantial investment. With the start of a greenfield product, they are currently hiring for a Senior UIUX Designer to join their product team. Being in a high growth environment, this role has great opportunity for career advancements.

This role would be an individual contributor role initially, leading to opportunities of leading a team of UIUX designers.

about the job

• Responsible for the full cycle of UX design process, from strategy to execution
• Influence the product direction and team decision based on design and research
• Partner closely with engineering team to ensure designs are properly implemented
• Using data of user feedback, adjust the design/product functions
• Be able to execute UI design at the hi-fidelity level
• Observe innovative ideas across emerging user behaviour and trending product designs, with the aim of continuously optimising the products

skills & experience required

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in interaction design, human factor, psychology, interaction design or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a UIUX designer
• Experience in a B2B product is essential
• Past experience working in a start-up is a strong plus
• Strong product thinking and user empathy, with ability to participate in user research, interactive design, design prototype development, etc.

• Passion for building usable and beautiful user experiences

• Excellent communication skills as persuasion and presentation is an intrinsic part of this role
