Our client is an industry leader in developing and supplying PVC and semiconductor silicon products to companies in the consumer electronics, semiconductor, automotive, electronic component markets globally. Due to business expansion needs and increasing customer demand, this company is now looking for a Senior/Service Engineer to join their dynamic and motivated team.
about the job
- Manage the overall tool installation progress to ensure proper set up, testing and commissioning at customer sites
- Communicate with the end users closely to ensure all matters related to tools are well taken care of.
- Lead a team of technicians to ensure project execution and proper tool management.
- Manage of stock and inventory at warehouse for consignment goods to ensure proper supply of the goods to end users while maintaining a lean inventory level.
- Support marketing and promotion of company products when required.
- Occasional travel might be required to support overseas installation projects such as Japan or USA. Training opportunities in Taiwan will be provided.
job requirement
- Degree/diploma or equivalent in engineering or similar yield.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years’ work experience in semiconductor fabs taking care of equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshoot work.
- Experience in a field service management with supervisory role
- Possess strong excellent communication skills both written and verbally with ability to effectively communicate with customers.
- Able to work independently
