about the job
Reporting to the Finance manager, you will be responsible for:
- Data entry and process sales invoices and orders in SAP system
- Follow up on quotations, billing and generate invoices accordingly
- Monitor inventory and stock movement and update inventory status
- Maintaining the filing system and make sure proper filling is in place
skills and experience required
To be successful in this role, some key skills and experience that you will require include:-
- O level or Diploma in business or accounting related field
- At least 2 years of working experience and hands-on with SAP system
- Good communication skills
- Able to start work immediately
