Our client is the world’s rapidly growing next generation IT services company, with an emphasis on automation.



With a strong focus on technology and innovation, they invest heavily in R&D and are looking for two Service Desk Agents to join their current team.



This is a long-term direct contract position with the client.





about the job

As a Service Desk Agent, you will be required to:


  • Perform the day-to-day activities of Service desk
  • Handling the voice calls and emails
  • Incidents, requests, events and enquiries are received, recorded, categorized and prioritized accurately in a timely manner
  • Requests are fulfilled at first call or dispatched timely to appropriate fulfilment parties
  • Use Remote Desktop tool to assist the end users as required
  • Monitor the tickets queue, Assigning/Reassigning and follow up of tickets as per SOPs
  • To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including windows operating systems and across a range of software applications
  • To install and configure new IT software
  • Support in application like Office 365, BlueJeans WebEx meeting, SharePoint, HRIS Application and SAP



You will work in a team of 4. There are 2 headcounts.





skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Min 2 years of experience in technical helpdesk / desktop support
  • Flexibility to work on shift schedules - 9 hours shift, 5 days in a week
    • 7 AM–4 PM shift; 8 AM–5 PM shift; or 10 AM–7 PM Shift
  • Willing to work weekends (not every weekend)
  • Experience on Outlook/Lotus Notes/any other email client is desirable
  • Experience in troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Internet Browser, Network connectivity, MS-Office, VPN client etc. MDM client troubleshooting/set-up would be an added advantage
