Our client is the world’s rapidly growing next generation MNC.

With a strong focus on technology and innovation, they invest heavily in R&D and are looking for a Service Desk Agent to join their current team.

This is an urgent role and immediate starters are preferred.

about the job

As a Service Desk Agent, you will be required to:

  • Perform the day-to-day activities of Service desk
  • Handling the voice calls and emails
  • Incidents, requests, events and enquiries are received, recorded, categorized and prioritized accurately in a timely manner
  • Requests are fulfilled at first call or dispatched timely to appropriate fulfilment parties
  • Use Remote Desktop tool to assist the end users as required
  • Monitor the tickets queue, Assigning/Reassigning and follow up of tickets as per SOPs
  • To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including windows operating systems and across a range of software applications
  • To install and configure new IT software

Location: Tanjong Pagar.

skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Min 1-2 years of experience in Technical Helpdesk support
  • No shift work
  • Flexibility to work weekends (once a month)
  • Experience on Outlook/Lotus Notes/any other email client is desirable
  • Experience in troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Internet Browser, Network connectivity, MS-Office, VPN client etc. MDM client troubleshooting/set-up would be an added advantage
