About the job
Reporting directly to the IT manager based out of Asia, your role involves:
- Providing technical support (Computer, printer, mobile device and etc) to users through the ticketing system
- Resolving technical problems faced by end-users on Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business applications.
- Addressing hardware and software issues on both PC and MAC platforms.
- Collaborating with APAC regional/Global IT teams for the implementation of IT projects.
- Assisting in support and maintenance for the IT infrastructure
- Taking part in security audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for back-office systems management.
- Managing external vendors, ensuring SLA is being adhered to
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 7 year of experience in IT Support. Exposure to Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
