Our client, a global insurance firm is looking for a Service Excellence Executive to be on board!

The company is a global insurance firm offering an extensive range of insurance products. Over the years, they continue to maintain a strong financial strength ratings and quality services for their clients.

About the job

As a Service Excellence Executive, you are tasked to handle enquiries relating to customer service and complaints through walk-ins, email and phone calls. You will help to monitor the customer complaints and tracking it in the databases.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • To fact find and conduct investigations within agreed Service-level agreement
  • Identify and propose new operational processes
  • Liaise with other business units in resolve any queries
  • Support internal surveys in relation to customer satisfaction

Skills and experience required

  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of experience in call centre, customer service or sales
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
