about the job

They are currently looking for a Service Lead as part of their Service department role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible to lead the APAC Service engineer team and coordinate the activities with the team, clients and contractors.
  • To monitor the inventory of spare parts, ordering new parts and track the delivery.
  • To report on preventive as well as corrective maintenance planning and activities.
  • Support the distributors in warranty and non-warranty claims and repairs.
  • Build strong relationship with supplier, distributors, contractors and also existing client in maintaining the service level and not compromise on the safety.




skills and experience required

  • Bachelor of Electrical degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar industry including UPS, Diesel Engine, or Power generator.
  • Good leadership skill and experience in leading a multicultural and diverse-functional team.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision in mission critical environment.
  • Strong & effective communication skills.
