about the job

You will report to your regional General Manager, and be responsible for technical support provided across Asia Pacific region. You will educate, train, and manage your team of Service Engineers and distributors, to ensure a consistent service branding that quality service is always provided to end-customers regardless of their location. You will:

  • Lead a team of Regional Field Service Engineers based in Singapore to support APAC region
  • Conduct trainings for distributors to improve their technical capacity on a regular basis
  • Take P&L responsibilities for Service Contract sales and delivery
  • Ensure timely delivery of technical support when a user challenge is escalated from distributors
  • Closely partner with Sales teams to ensure alignment of business goals



skills and experience required

  • Diploma or Degree, in Engineering or Science
  • 7 years+ regional Field Service experience in any Instrumentation business where pharmaceuticals is a main customer base
  • Prior experience mentoring, training, or managing people in a professional capacity
  • Willingness to travel for up to 50% of the time in Asia Pacific region
