You will provide technical expertise/support for the product installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs after sales process by maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Working closely with the sales team and together drive the business results by manage internal and external stakeholders.
Develop service contracts and maintain good relationship with clients.
Effectively manages team members to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out.
Responsible for on/off-site troubleshooting of equipment operation, care and maintenance.

skills & experience required
Armed with a Bachelor degree, you should possess 3 years’ experience with leadership and technical support in medical imaging equipments.
